CAMPSITE RENTAL AGREEMENT:

  THIS AGREEMENT BETWEEN:

McMillan Farms and _________________________________ _______________Date______

For site rental #__________   From Date__________ to Date_________.

The rate for the site is $______________ per night for up to 4 people.

Each extra person is $5.00 per person per night.

 NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS.  IF YOU CHECK OUT EARLY THERE WILL BE NO REFUND GIVEN FOR THE DATES YOU ARE NOT STAYING. 

EARLY TERMNATION:

 McMillan Farms reserves the right to terminate the lease for cause if the camper:

a) fails to observe, perform, keep any one or more of the terms of this lease ; or

b) fails to observe the rules and regulations governing the  use, operation and administration of the site and common areas as set by McMillan Farms.

In addition to any other right or remedy, McMillan Farms may;

c) terminate the lease upon 24 hour written notice to the camper; or

d) in the event  McMillan Farms, at its' sole dicscretion, determines the Camper has violated this lease or any  of the campground rules, campground personel may enter the campsite and at the cost of the Camper remove all persons and property and restore the site to the condition it  wasn at the time the Camper took posession of the site and;

e) lease the site to another Camper

CONDITIONS OF USE:

A)  Camper must comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, this lease and the rules and regulations of the campground

B) Camper will not interfere with the rights of other Campers

C) Camper will maintain  the site in a reasonably clean condition. ( PICK UP FECES FROM PETS AND DISPOSE  OF IT, do not leave feces at the sites!)

 Do not ever leave trash at the site! Keep the  site CLEAN and NEAT.

D) Camper will vacate the site at the expiration of the lease.

E) Unauthorized use of your site may be subject to penalties including termination of lease. NO SUBLETTING.

F) DISCALIMER OF LIABILITY: McMillan Farms and its owners and employees are not responsible for damage, vandalism or theft of the guests rv or other personal posessions.

G) The Camper agrees to read and comply with all McMillan Farms rules and regulations as provided to the tenant .

H) The tenant/Camper  accepts camping privileges with the understanding that they  are signing a waiver of liability.

I) All rules and regulations of McMillan Farms are subject to change at any time by McMillan Farms owners at their discretion.  Any tenant found in violation of the rules and regulations will forfeit their lease, and all monies paid,and will be required to leave McMillan Farms immediately.

McMillan Farms reserves the right to inspect  all sites.
